Auze Avocat was founded by Magali Fernandes, admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006. Magali Fernandes holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, a dual French-English law degree and the Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat, and specializes in business law.
Following 16 years within leading international UK and US law firms, she acquired significant expertise, which led her to become Group Legal & Compliance Director and member of the Executive Committee of a listed real estate company established in 12 European countries. She also lectures at leading business schools.
She puts her experience at the service of her clients, supporting them in their most strategic legal decisions by providing personalized, high-quality advice.
A native French and Portuguese speaker, she also speaks English.
